Let me post this and maybe it may help anyone planning to have a wedding in the coming year 2019.we had our wedding on 7th Sept this year on our birthday.we stay in Nakuru n as I hear, a wedding far away from home is a destination wedding, we just wanted something simple and memorable. Due to being busy, we opted for a wedding planner.he gave us several services like the venue, Mc, do, videos, photography, catering ,decorations which he sourced. About the venue, the planner cooperated to keep us calm by visiting the venue severally to make sure the tides won't interfere with the evening time we had proposed. It's the only thing that could give me as the bride tumbojoto. Lemmie mention names of the provided service providers like Mc wedding dresses 2019 online Danson Mateya who gave the whole evening his best to make sure our day was lovely. I would recommend him to your event if you interested in shedding some kgs like I did.
Decorations were impressive, though not what I really wanted, I. E the flowers were supposed to be hydrangea n not roses n I even had recommended a supplier, haidhuru. Cake was done by Valentine Cake, really tried though the Subaru themed cake looked like a Mitsubishi but we enjoyed. Photography was awesome, it being at night, you nailed it and also the videography courtesy of JK studios .catering was something I can't even display here, we didn't eat on our day, kind of food, presentation n service was zero. The mistake I did, was to trust the planner n never did any background check on this(this is because the amount paid was not close to anything offered).
I sourced my gown with the help of my close friends and settled locally from the bibi harusi in Nairobi. My shoes I ordered online from Polete Bridals ,thanks. Hair was done in a salon, sorry I can't remember the name(when I sourced from here, it sounded too expensive for me. Makeup I sourced from Nakuru Favour Shiko who never disappointed, thanks owing to the fact that the bridal was a quorum. The dresses and the shirts for men n the groom were made by Totich Lorna in Nakuru, it was so easy working with u and you glanced them all. Those who are asking where the pastor is, we settled for a registrar as we go to different denominations.transport,people were ferried by modern bus to the destination and others used other means. Accommodation was offered by Madharini kilifi ,you guys are Mwaaaah, we all loved you.I don't know what I have forgotten,but without mentioning the planner, reasons known to us, thanks for everyone,family friends and above all to God that made all this possible at Kilifi bofa castle.
To any getting married, if you have time, source the services from different people and don't put all your eggs in one basket. It will make it cheaper and maybe more effective.
