When your children has slap cheek did they get a rash on their arms and legs that went quite quickly?

I took my daughter to the gp as she has a rash on her cheeks, ear, arms and legs. The gp reckons allergy to possibly something she ate... I don't feel it is and that it could be slap cheek. As someone at her school had it. flowy and ethereal wedding collections of chiffon

When we got home the rash seems to have gone from her limbs and ear but still on her cheek. Could it go that quick?
